2019 - Brand Identity
Matheus de Souza is a writer who lives around the world and tells stories. Author of one of the main books on digital nomadism in Brazil. In 2016 he was elected as the third most influential Brazilian on LinkedIn.
Matheus came to me to translate his new phase of life and work. My approach to this project was not to create a traditional logo, but a visual system that represents the writer Matheus de Souza.
The system consists of signature, color palette, typography, grid and photography. The typefaces of the system were Arial and Times News Roman, found by default in all text editors. With a simple and adaptable grid construction, the system can fit in different sizes and media.

Matheus de Souza é um escritor que vive pelo mundo e conta histórias. Autor de um dos principais livros sobre nomadismo digital no Brasil. Em 2016 foi eleito como o terceiro brasileiro mais influente do LinkedIn.
O Matheus me procurou para traduzir de forma visual a sua nova fase de vida e trabalho. Minha abordagem para esse projeto não foi criar um logotipo tradicional, e sim um sistema visual que representa o escritor Matheus de Souza.
O sistema é composto por assinatura, paleta de cores, tipografia, grid e fotografia. As fontes escolhidas para compor o sistema foram Arial e Times News Roman, encontradas de forma padrão em todos os editores de texto. Com uma construção de grid simples e adaptável, o sistema pode se enquadrar em diversos tamanhos e mídias.
